Here at CTC we require all employees to read and understand our Quality Manual.
Our quality manual is the first step in providing superior and repeatable service to our current and future customers. Our Quality Manual and quality philosophy are based on ISO/IEC 17025:2005 General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.
Traceability is essential to providing calibration results that have validity around the world. All of our Standards are Traceable to NIST, accepted physical constants, or equivalent national or international standards as appropriate for the parameter being certified. This Traceability of our standards is necessary for CTC, Inc. to provide the lowest Uncertainties possible for the parameter we are certifying.
This fact provides ultimate confidence in the Calibration results we provide to our customers.
Our initial Accreditation Audit was successfully completed in October 2003 to ISO/IEC 17025. We have maintained our Accreditation continuously since that time through the evolution/revision of this Standard and this has definitely improved our understanding and implementation of the system. All employees participate in some way during our Accreditation and surveillance audits further reinforcing the importance of our Accreditation. Our current Scope of Accreditation includes Field Service as well as Calibrations in our Laboratory.
Customer Service will always be a key element in our equation for success. All CTC employees are made aware of the importance of providing the best possible service to the customer. Our training program helps to ensure that no matter which of our experienced technicians perform a calibration, the results will be accurate, honest, repeatable and traceable. Our open door policy helps to ensure that our technicians have access to management for the resolution of any concerns they may have or concerns relayed from our customers. We will always strive to provide the best service possible.
